File Upload

• All files in a group will be printed with the same settings. Most services allow multiple groups of files to be uploaded.

• Files are limited to 100MB in size, and up to 10 files may be uploaded per group.

• If you require more space, you may use an external cloud storage service such as Box or OneDrive and submit a link for us to download the files.

• PDFs set to the print size and 300 dpi are preferred for printing. Image files and other documents may also be accepted, but this varies by service. Read more here for more information.

• Bleed is an important part of printing. Check out this video for more information.

Complimentary Proof

For large and specialty orders, we offer a complimentary proof, either physical or digital, to ensure your product meets expectations. Should you require adjustments to the finishing, we're here to assist at no extra charge. However, if substantial changes are needed beyond the original submission after the first proof, a $5 proofing fee will apply. Proofs can be approved in-person, via email, or phone. While proofing is optional, waiving this service means assuming full responsibility for the product based on the initial specifications.

Payment

If you are paying privately, payment can be done on pickup or online. Acceptable payment methods are Mastercard, Visa, Wiscard, cash or check. We require payment up front on orders $20 or more.

Service Guarantee

Completion time varies by service. Our turn around time is a 3 business days upon proof approval minimum. Orders with large quantities may require additional time. Please make sure to plan ahead, as we do not rush orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a reprint. Please take note of our Reprint Policy.
