Reprint & Return Policy

Reprint Policy

A reprint may be requested within 7 days of accepting the order. The Customer must bring the defective product back to StudentPrint in exchange for the correct product. Refunds for misprinted orders will be evaluated at the sole discretion of SP Management and may be offered if a reprint is not possible, such as reprinting flyers for an event that has already passed.

Course Reader Return Policy

StudentPrint will accept a refund for a course reader in its original, unmarked condition with (i) a valid receipt and (ii) proof that the Student dropped the course. A course reader may not be returned after the course has concluded.

 

Bus Pass Refund Policy

We do not refund bus pass replacements. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances that would qualify you for a refund, please contact us directly.
